We are proud to announce that PARI has recently been – once again – awarded "Brand of the Century" in the category inhalation therapy. Every three years, the publishing house Deutsche Standards honors the most recognised German brands of various product segments and presents a book that provides a synopsis of the performance power of the German economy. There are approximately 250 brands that are showcased as "Brand stars in the sky". This is the second time after 2010 that PARI has been honored with this title. In 2010 the title was awarded to PARI BOY and has now been expanded to PARI as a company and may be used with all PARI inhalation therapy products. Pari Brand of the Century

The eBase Controller - eFlow® rapid

From September 2012 all eFlow® rapid's purchased will receive the new Control Unit for the eFlow®rapid. The eBase controller features an LCD display screen which provides patients additional information during inhalation and provides feedback including an indication of battery charge level and feedback on the fill level of medication is given. Patients can even use the new controller to find out whether the cable connector is working properly.

The eBase Controller – the new Control Unit for the eFlow®rapid with many Extras

Positive Feedback at the 35th ECFS Conference in Dublin (Ireland)

Compact, light, quiet and fast: for many years, the eFlow®rapid has represented an improvement in quality of life for cystic fibrosis patients through effective inhalation. The new eFlow®rapid with eBase Controller was presented to the public for the first time at the ECFS Conference from 6-9 June 2012 in Dublin, which recorded a record attendance of 2,400 participants from 58 countries.

The new eFlow®rapid control unit generated a lot of interest, not only because of its modern design, but also because of its large display: the display provides the user a lot of additional information during inhalation and provides feedback on important points. For example, the battery charge level is displayed and feedback on the fill level of medication is given. The user can even use the new controller to find out whether the cable connector is working properly.

The new control unit will replace the older, turquoise-coloured controller with immediate effect, and is compatible with both the eFlow®rapid nebuliser handset and drug-specific nebuliser handsets (e.g., Altera® for Cayston®).
