Please contact Customer Service by Email or by phone; 1800 26 22 13 before sending your device in.

Who pays the carriage when devices are sent to the Technical Service Dept.?

If you have a complaint regarding the device within the first 6 months after the date of purchase, please contact our Service Center. Please also refer to our terms and conditions of warranty in the instructions for use.

Do you also offer loan devices for the repair period?

No, we do not. Please contact the CF Assossiation in your state to arrange a loan device.

How long does it take to repair PARI devices?

As soon as your device is received by the Technical Service Department, it is examined within 48 hours.
